General objectives:

Introduce participants to the main concepts and methods of business valuation. Develop knowledge of the entire process of evaluating companies, their methodologies and analysis of the variables considered in the process. Demonstrate scenario techniques, construction of assumptions and value-added assessment. Know the relationship between the pricing of a business and its ability to generate value for shareholders. From this basis, the ultimate goal will be to demonstrate to participants how to achieve the best results in cases of mergers and acquisitions/sales of companies and value creation.
